Why Site Rules Matter
Ensuring Safety and Enjoyment for All
At Lundynant Holidays, we believe that clear and considerate site rules are important for a safe and enjoyable stay. Our guidelines are designed to protect the natural beauty of our site and local town, ensure the safety of all guests, and encourage a respectful community atmosphere.
By adhering to these rules, guests can enjoy peace of mind knowing that their safety and enjoyment are prioritized. Our rules help maintain the our facilities and the surrounding environment, ensuring that everyone
can enjoy the beauty of what Cornwall
has to offer.
General rules on site
- No fires or firepits are permitted on site
- Tents, Vehicles, Caravans, Guy lines and any other camping equipment must be contained to your pitch boundary
- BBQs are permitted – please ensure disposable BBQs are raised off the ground.
- Quiet hours on site are between 23:00-07:00
- There is a one way system for vehicles to adhere to. Please follow appropriate signage on site.
- There is a 5mph speed limit on site, to protect people, children and dogs on site. Violation of this will result in car pass being revoked.
- All vehicles and contents left on site are at owners risk.
- Loss of car pass or static caravan keys will result in a small charge for replacement.
- Smoking or vaping is not permitted in any of our static caravans
Arrivals and Departures
- Check in on site starts from 14:00 for Touring Pitches
- Check in on site starts from 16:00 for Static Caravans.
- Please check with reception for the latest booking in time.
- No check in’s after 21:00
- Check out is at 10:00 for Static Caravans and 11:00 for Touring Pitches
- Please ensure all rubbish and recycling is placed in our bin compound at reception before departure
- Only one vehicle is permitted to park on your booked pitch. All other verhicles may park at reception, with a parking permit from reception.
- Unfortunately Electric cars are not permitted to be charged at your pitch or caravan. We are installing 2 charging points in the car park ready for the 2026 season at Lundynant. You can also find local charging points at www.chargefinder.com
- Vehicular access is prohibited between the hours of 22:30-07:00. If you arrive/depart between these times, please leave your car in the car park
Dogs on site
- Well behaved Dogs are welcome on site on all touring pitches, plus in a number of our static caravans.
- Dogs must be kept on a lead at all times on site
- Please clean up all dog waste and dispose of it appropriately
- Dogs must not be left unattended on site (including static caravans)
- Dogs are not allowed in any shower/toilet blocks on site, or in our washing up areas.
- There are many local walks to take your dogs, along with a number of dog friendly beaches. Please check local authority websites to confirm dog access dates and times on Polzeath’s main beach.
- Please clean muddy/sandy paws before bringing dogs inside our dogfriendly static caravans
- Dogs are not allowed on any static caravan furniture

Respectful Conduct
At Lundynant Holidays, we strive to create a welcoming atmosphere for all our guests. We ask everyone to maintain a friendly demeanor and respect fellow campers. Please keep noise levels to a minimum, especially during the evening hours, and be considerate of others’ privacy and space. The management team reserves the right to ask you to leave if any persons are found to be causing a nuisance or not adhering to our site rules.
